How do I withdraw money?
Want to withdraw funds from your account? No problem!
Please follow these simple steps:

Enter the Cashier section and click on the “WITHDRAWAL” tab

Enter the amount to withdraw (in USD)

Complete the electronic withdrawal form as required

Click “Submit”
You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request has been completed.
Notes:

If you later on wish to review your withdrawal request, please go to the “Cashier” section, and click on “HISTORY“.

As long as your withdrawal request is in “Pending” status, you can always cancel it via the “Cashier”, by clicking on “HISTORY” and then clicking the “Reverse” button on the request you wish to cancel.
What documents are required for first time withdrawals?
First time withdrawal requests must be accompanied by:

A clear copy of Passport / Photo ID / Driver’s license

A clear copy of a recent utility bill

If you’ve deposited using a Credit Card — please additionally send us a clear copy of both sides of the Credit Card used to fund the trading account (by doing so you are providing us with proof of ownership of the credit card)
* Alternatively, any other official document carrying the full name and address of the trading account owner can be used (e.g. a Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement, Municipal Tax Receipt etc.)

Are there any withdrawal fees?
Yes, withdrawal requests are subjected to withdrawal processing fees.
How long will it take to process my withdrawal request?
Withdrawal requests take up to five business days to process. Delays beyond our control might occur due to third party withdrawal payment methods (i.e. credit card, wire transfer and bank draft that may actually take up to 3 weeks).
Why were my two withdrawal requests combined?
We reserve the rights to combine any withdrawal requests made within 48 hours using the same payment method into one payment.
We also reserve the rights to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account.
