How Do I Deposit to my eToro Trading Account?

In order to deposit funds to your trading account you must first download eToro’s forex software. For complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing eToro forex software, please go to the Getting Started section of this site.

After you download forex software and install it, you must open a Real Account. Upon opening your Real Account you will receive your Real Money Username and Password. You are now ready to deposit into your Real Money Trading Account:

• Start the eToro Forex Software, and select the "Trade for Real" option.
• Enter your Real Money Username and Password in the "Login" screen.
• Click on the "Account Balance" icon, followed by the "Deposit" option.
• Select your preferred deposit method.

How do I Deposit via Credit Card?

To deposit to your eToro foreign currency trading account by Credit Card:

1. Choose the Credit Card deposit option, by clicking on the Credit Card button, in eToro Cashier.
2. Complete the Credit Card deposit form.

It will take few minutes for you deposit to be processed and once approved, you trading account will be credited with the funds immediately.

If for any reason your deposit is not approved, you will be notified by Email within a few minutes.

How do I Deposit via Wire Transfer?

To Deposit to your eToro Foreign exchange trading account by Wire Transfer:

1. Choose the Wire Transfer deposit option, by clicking on the Wire Transfer button, in eToro Cashier.
2. Enter the amount you would like to deposit via Wire Transfer and click on the "Continue" button.
3. On the next page you will receive all necessary Wire Transfer details, including your transaction reference number. Print this information.
4. To complete your deposit to your eToro Foreign Currency trading account, please proceed to any bank and forward your Wire Transfer to eToro's bank. Be sure to include the transaction reference number on the Wire Transfer form, within the Payment Details field.
5. Bank confirmation of your Wire Transfer may take up to 5 days. Your eToro Trading Account will be credited immediately upon confirmation, by your bank, of your Wire Transfer. You will receive an Email notification upon deposit to your eToro Trading Account.

How do I fund my trading account with PayPal?

In order to fund your account via Paypal you should have an account with PayPal. Please log into your eToro trading account and click on the Account Balance” button to enter the cashier section.

Choose PayPal as your preferred method of payment. Enter the amount you would like to deposit and your PayPal email account.

You will then be transferred to the PayPal site. Log into your PayPal account by entering your email and password and click "Login".

In the next page you'll be asked to review the transaction. Make sure all the details are correct and click on the "Pay" button.

Your PayPal deposit request will be processed immediately and funds will be credited to your trading account.

How do I fund my trading account with Western Union?

In order to fund your trading account in this way you must go to an authorized Western Union office. To locate the nearest Western Union office please click on “Choose Western Union Agent” link below. In some countries it is also possible to transfer the funds online.

After making the deposit, you will be issued with an MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)

After sending the funds, please contact our Customer Support Department at support@retailfx.com and provide them with the following information:

1. Your full name
2. The transaction amount (in $).
3. The city and country from which the money was sent.
4. The MTCN number - 10 digit code

The validation process by eToro support team usually takes up to 15 minutes.

How Much Can I Deposit to My Trading Account?

Below, please see a list of payment methods accepted by eToro and their respective Deposit Limits:

Maximum Single Deposit Limit: $1,000
Maximum Deposit Limit per Month: $5,000

Wire Transfer Deposit:

PayPal Deposit:
Minimum Single Deposit Limit: $50
Maximum Single Deposit Limit: $5,000

eToro reserves the right to change these limits, and to set different limits for individual players according to Credit history.

Is it Safe to Use My Credit Card Online?

How will the charges appear on my Credit Card statement?

How Do I Withdraw My Profits?

To withdraw your profits from your foreign currency Trading Account, please login to eToro forex software using your Real Account Username and Password, and then follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Account Balance" button.
• Once you are in the Cashier section, click on "Withdraw" tab.
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
• From the drop-down menu, please select the method by which you wish to receive your remaining Balance. Withdraw will be refunded via particular payment methods, as explained in eToro Withdraw Policy.
• Click on the "Submit" button.
• Print the withdraw form.
• Click on "Submit Request"
• Review your withdrawal request in the "History" section of the Cashier.

Cash Outs requested by the same method within 24 hours may be combined in one payment.

What is eToro Withdrawal Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, we make every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

As part of the withdrawal process eToro reserves the right to refund traders their withdraw funds via the original payment method that has been used by traders to deposit funds to their trading account.

Due to anti-money-laundering policies traders will be required to send signed withdrawal request every time they wish to withdraw funds from their foreign currency trading account. Traders that has submitted withdrawal request for the first time will also be required to forward the following documents for a successful and prompt completion of withdrawal application.

• Copy of Passport/ Photo ID
• Copy of both sides of the Credit Cards that have been used to fund the trading account
• Copy of recent utility bill

eToro reserves the rights to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Wire transfer withdrawals are subjected to $25 wire fees. There is no cost associated with bank draft withdrawals.

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Winnings?

Withdrawal requests are processed five business days from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request, from within the Cashier section, and refund it to your trading account balance. After five business days, the status of your withdrawal request will change to "Processed" and you will no longer be able to cancel it. Please note that some withdrawal methods are completed via third parties and delays beyond our control may occur.

You will be notified by Email once processing of your withdrawal request has been completed and the funds have been transferred to you.
